What are the pros and cons of learning (A) East Coast Swing (B) West Coast Swing and (C) Lindy Hop?

I have East Coast down pat and can follow or lead. I have learned the basic to Lindy and can follow *pretty* well. But I'm having a little trouble with West Coast. In what situations is it good to know which one? Also, since I mostly know East Coast, does that hinder me from dancing in certain ways (as in to different genres of music or doing certain moves)?
